Explore our latest single-origin offering from El Salvador. We’ve named it “La Rosa,” after The Rose in the timeless tale of The Little Prince.
Antoine de Saint-Exupery based The Little Prince’s “Rose” on his wife, Consuelo, and Asteroid B-612 on Cordillera de Apaneca, the region of El Salvador where these beans were cultivated from.
A medium-bodied, well balanced coffee with a base flavor of baker's cocoa and toasted rice. High notes are muted overall, making for an easy-drinking mix of soft ripe fruit, leaning toward cooked fig and black plum flavors and yielding a comforting lingering aroma of vanilla, browned butter, and dried orange peel.
“La Rosa” is our new house espresso and also makes an excellent drip cup of coffee. Try this lovely single origin in-store today or purchase a bag online.
