How do Online Orders work?

Upon receiving your order it will take 1-2 days for us to receive, package and ship your order. Orders are shipped from our shop in Sonoma County, California and estimate 5-7 business days to arrive at your door.

 

How do Pick-Up Orders work?

Upon receiving your order we will begin fulfillment. You will receive an email notification that it is ready for pick-up.  When you visit us in-store we will have your merchandise waiting for you.

 

Will my purchase include Sales Tax?

When checking out in our Square Marketplace shop you find that you will not be charged sales tax if your order is shipping to an address outside of the state of California. For all orders shipping in California, sales tax will be applied.

 

What is your return policy?

We’re committed to providing you the best quality possible.  You have 7 days from the order receipt date to return or exchange unopened or unused merchandise. Please contact us immediately via email at woof@bluebeaglecoffee.com and we will contact you to take care of the details.  Opened, used and /or sale items cannot be returned.

 

I am interested in carrying your products. How do I place a wholesale order?

Do you have gift cards?

At this time we only offer gift cards for in-store use only. We hope to someday offer them online. You can purchase a gift card when you visit our store in Larkfield Center and the amount purchased on the card can be used for purchases made as a prepaid card for yourself or as a gift for someone else. The dollar amount you purchase is the same amount that can be used for food, drink and Blue Beagle branded merchandise available at the time of purchase. Your gift card / pre-paid card will not be applicable to the items associated with any pop-up shop or partnership event going on in-store.

 

How does the in-store loyalty card work?

Along with the pre-paid cards, we also offer in-store loyalty cards. To avoid confusion with the pre-paid cards that look the same, we have a separate program known as our “loyalty card program” where you will be rewarded for every dollar spent with your cash or credit card purchase in-store.  Purchases made with store credit, gift cards or prepaid cards are not valid toward the loyalty card program points.  For every $25 spent you earn $2.50 in credited points.  As your points accumulate you can opt to have our team apply your earned points toward your next purchase. Your loyalty card points will not be applicable to the items associated with any pop-up shop or partnership event going on in-store.

 

Why did you raise your prices in-store?

We always strive to provide you with an exceptional experience and high-quality products, comprised of mainly organic ingredients through local suppliers.  With the increasing cost for our ingredients and daily operation, we have done our best to keep prices competitive without compromising the quality of our products and service, however, we found it necessary to do an incremental increase on some items.
